Subaru WRX / STi Front Air Dam:
Underbody components such as front air dams, undertrays, and rear diffusers are essential for maximizing aerodynamic performance. The APR Performance Front Air Dam integrates with the factory front bumper to:
- Reduce lift.
- Increase front-end stability.
- Improve high-speed cornering grip
This Front Air Dam also utilizes a built-in aerodynamic splitter design that creates a high-pressure region of air atop the protruding surface, further reducing lift and increasing net downforce.

Front Wind Splitter:
A Wind Splitters is a protruding flat surface in the front of a car that is designed to decrease front end lift and exert downforce. By creating a high pressure area on top of the wind splitter, high pressure air flow is restricted to flow underneath a car. With low pressure below the car, the effect of lift is reduced and a driver can gain from the extra traction and control.
Carbon Fiber Reinforcement – All APR Front Wind Splitters are reinforced with sheets of carbon fiber.
Fully Functional Undertray – Our Front Wind Splitters are not just add on cosmetic pieces. Every APR Front Wind Splitter completely covers the entire area below a cars front bumper. This allows for smoother air flow below the front bumper, creating more efficient downforce.

Rear Diffuser:
Diffusers work in conjunction with other aerodynamic components of a car to help produce downforce. Because a car displaces air as it moves forward, the air molecules in the rear of the car get disrupted causing a vacuum of low pressure air.
To help channel the high speed air flow coming from underneath the car, diffusers redirects the high speed air flow to transition smoothly transition into the low pressure vacuum in the rear. This encourages a smoother flowing air flow underneath the car and allows better performance from other aerodynamic components such as aerodynamic wings.

GTC Wings:
All GTC Series wings feature an aerodynamic 3D designed airfoil shape to obtain the optimal balance of downforce. This design allows for a reduction in drag, yet maintains an ideal level of downforce. Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) Analyses were performed on these wings to support validation of their aerodynamic design.
Each GTC Series airfoil is composed of lightweight and durable carbon fiber composite. Supporting the carbon fiber airfoils are 10mm "aircraft grade" 6061 billet aluminum pedestals that come in a flat black powder coat finish.
GTC 500 Wing:
The newest addition to the GTC Series is the GTC-500 Carbon Fiber Adjustable Wing. Spanning 70 inches, the GTC-500 is the largest aftermarket adjustable wing available. With its optimized 3D airfoil shape, the GTC-500 is perfect for high speed touring applications and supplies an ample amount of downforce without causing excess drag.
