    Yes you will have to lift the motor to change the oil pump. Its not hard to do though.

    just pull the bolts that hold the motor mounts to the frame, lift the motor, pull the pan, then you'll have access.

    Why pull all those bolts when you can unbolt 2 bolts that holds the mount to the bracket .
    But I hope the engine is not hurt due to lack of oil.
