Picked up a 04 636 last Thursday. Pictures don't do the paint job any justice. Its a dark metallic silver but shows up more purple/blue in the pics.

Go up one more year and it's a pretty big difference. How in the holy hell can a self respecting motorcycle dealer not have hondas?

The dealer I use used to be located right next to a Honda dealer so in order to not have too much competition they opted not to sell Honda and kept with KTM, Suzuki, Seadoo, and Yahama. They sell used Hondas but not new ones. I would love to try a new one out.

If im not mistaken, 08 was the first year of mass centralization.

From my experience riding.... hondas FEEL slower than other bikes..... the key word is FEEL..... Honda touts their user friendliness, they want all of their bikes to be suitable to every type of rider. When the green flag drops.... the results are much different than the feeling would indicate. Yamaha is my 2nd choice of bike, theyre more entertaining to ride. Feels a lot more violent than a honda. I stick with hondas because i do so much traveling. Honda is a much better road trip bike and when push comes to shove and you want to have confidence in knowing you're not gonna be stranded on the side of the road in BFE..... who better than honda?

Very true. I can tell my R6 is more aggressive almost like its itching to hit the mountains. The Honda was far more comfortable. If I could I would add an 03-04 CBR600RR to my collection. I miss my old one.

    2k8 model?

Sin, I honestly dont want a liter bike. There is nothing a liter bike does that a 600 doesnt. I dont ride fast so a liter bikes power would be a waste for me. I do love curves and a 600 is perfect for that. If you wanna ride it, come on.

For mountain carving, no need for the displacement. Liter is more comfortable to me, pulls the low rpm easier in daily driving and doesnt require the revving. I also like to get down on the highway and every now and again....... whenever i visit mexico.

So glad it's finally warm. Got me a new decal for the exhaust. The stock one is hideous.

I made the pic way too damn big.

Love all above mentioned bikes and pics!

Bacon - killer new ride man!

I still owe it to myself to own a supermoto someday though.
