PLEASE ignore this retard, taking 285 instead of going I20 straight into downtown and taking the connector then 75N is a much longer (and more traffic heavy) route. trust me on that

um u might wanna go stare at a map of the atlanta for a bit man, bc anyone can see clear as day that distance wise, taking i20 west to 285 around to 75 is significantly longer than goin into downtown and gettin on 75 there.

look at the map below, so you honestly think going 285 up and around is a shorter route?
