    Its amazing to know that 2 hours of sleep could hurt your concentration/skill that much. I ran a perfect first run taking it easy. DNF'd the last 3. LOL.

    ^ that is why i hate naps... specially when waking up from one when the sun is setting and you think it's morning... that freak me out one day b/c i had a deadline in the morning...

    you DNF on the last 3 runs? that sucks but you were pushing it weren't you??? gotta right?

    heh, I slept 2 hours, my friend ran in the AM.... I wrapped up and slept on my friends back seat he has stripped out of his SRT... woke up did my session... first run I didnt push it... did great and got a decent time. (no cones/dnf) The next 2, I pushed it and hit like 2 cones in the slalom and got mad at myself and lost all concentration. LAST run I did fine then just forgot the course cause we had to wait so long.... lol I pushed it blaring my music got some nice sideways action going. Wished someone had gotton pix. :cough: :cough:

    the tunes must of been real good for you to push that hard... what were you playin?

    i want to join the fun now... too bad i was working today... i should have my car ready for the autoX by spring time... you know where i can see in what class my car will fit under?

    lol jk dude, your first run was pretty good!! ...i tryed texting you yesterday when we were heading out...i think you were staging...anyway we found a Dryer and had to leave asap to go pick it up! FREEBEE!!! lol now we can dry our clothes the 20th century and beyond way haha.

    on your driving i did notice a few things, which were my biggest hang ups as well (most drivers really). first, when you are transitioning into a corner (turning), you should already be looking at the next turn. i.e. always looking ahead. this is one of the most important things you can train yourself to do! next would simply be get all your breaking done b4 you attack a corner, but do it hard an fast! late breaking+late apex=FastAr lap times!!...then after that its practice practice practice!!! you did really well though.."if you're not hitting cones, you're not pushing it hard enough!".next time im out ill introduce you to some team solo members...wayne Cusson and kevin Boswell could give you great pointers...Kevin even drives a CSP miata...and is the SE Regional Champion! you may have seen it...says "DOPI" on the back and rides on 13's...laterz

    Well I would have honestly gone, but some SCCA guy told me not to even bother to show up to GCF if my car is loud. So I took that as a hint and stayed away from the event.

    Hey Happy.... I was playing Korn. haha

    Thanks for the tips. I just really need more seat time. My last 3 runs woulda been ok if I hadnt had to wait so long... I am pretty sure I forgot alot of the course at that point. (2 hrs of sleep) heh.... but yeah in slow out fast... got all that I tried to remember... and Kevin was parked right beside me. (i meet people just fine.... also talked to a few other members including the carters) I grabbed his number, we are gona go back roading or something and he's gona show me some pointers. So... maybe that would help. My last 2 events were perfect... the one at turner I took 2 seconds off my run every time so... sleep depervation at its best. Im sorta disappointed I wasted 35$.

    The only person I saw was fawk_you...if you were there in the afternoon you prolly saw me run and heard my name called over the loud speaker cas I was being a slow ass getting out to shag cones...

    i was only there for a bit...i ended up being really busy after all.....i left after the last red flag where the course workers couldnt find where the slalom cones went lol...
