Well, the meet actually includes 2 lots. There's the actual lot owned by the Varsity, which is the spots on the top deck and the spots under that deck, as well as the spots next to the Varsity building. Then, on the other side of the bus parking, there's the big lot, where most people park, and THAT lot is independently owned and operated, and simply connects to the Varsity lot. You shouldn't have to pay anything if you're in the Varsity lot, but if you're in that big lot right next to it you probably will, because it's just a generic pay-to-park lot like you see all over the city. Buying something from the Varsity and sticking the reciept on the window won't work if you're in the independent lot.
