yeah robs shit was runnin pretty damn good.....lol.. but robbie had some bad launches and in the final round he did both.....bad launch and missed a gear! still beating a 240 which will be kept nameless....lol...... lol... but props to both rob and robbie !!!!! next week should be alot better! more planned!!! they wasent expecting that many folkx!!!!

oh man!!! 2 many hot rods!!! bout doubled or tripled the ammount of imports there!!! i expected 2 see more domestics there!!! i had fun watching all of them! friends of mine were there with there desiel trucks showin-up some mustangs!..lol...all-in-all it was a fun night & deffently goin back next week even if i dont run either of my cars....lol....

I think they should reclass the event from imports to "sport compacts", 'cause watching an SRT-4 run a viper is retarded. They could sub class this into N/A and F/I, and a lot more "imports" would run.
ok, whoever said stock S2000's run mid 15's to high 14's.. is a fucking idiot. and they deserve to go watch 72hours of teletubbies... seriously, go read a road & track, motor trend, or perhaps maybe just a car & driver...????
Stock S2000's can run 13.7's.. that I have seen.... but that is pretty hard to come by, running that quick. I personally ran a 14.13 @ 99.7mph.. that was my personal best, then again, that was only my 4th REAL run down a 1/4mile strip.. I have shit for a clutch right now (too much autocrossing and mountain runs, lol).. so, I really can't rip into the gears...
the media says S2000's can hit low/mid 5second 0-60times, and a 13.9 to a 14.1... depending on the generation... AP2's can hit that 13.9 a little easier than an AP1 could...

I plan on coming up to the next one, I ended up going out of town at the last moment on a little vacation up to the mountains.. for a weekend of mountain runs, 2 new sets of brake pads, and 2 new rear tires.. lol.. oh ya, and my clutch it almost gone :) wee

Ive raced several s2000 and they all hae ran high 14's to low 15's. theres 1 s2000 ive seen run 13.8 consistently. but other than that i dnt know what ur talk about or where ur comment came from. i got this from car and driver. ill attatch the link.Quote:

Im the guy with the black 180sx. That lost to Rob. I would have wone the race but I was only running 12 psi. My mistake, I changed waste gates and figured the settings would be the same, I guess not. Thats ok I will win this friday. Good turnout at the race guys.
