ya, i'll be running my somewhat stock S2000... I'll see how the AP2 does all of my best friends have AP1's.. and they've all baselined around 200ish rwhp..

oh well, i need a baseline before i get my exhaust, VAFC, and flywheel (maybe)..

good stuff.. I held first place for hp/ltr in the 4cyl NA class.. BARELY, all day until about 3:10pm when the built H22 in that EG6 decided to pull 219whp or something nice like that.. and also after i left an AP1 s2000 ran which is only a 2liter, so I suppose they had a pretty good 'bout for the most hp/liter for NA 4cyl. lol

they were having mad problems getting they're wires to hook onto my damn coilpack to get proper tq. readings... they only managed to get this torque reading.... I have a feeling I would have broken 210hp, 150lbs.. but, then again.. i can't prove i could have

There is no way you would've broken 210....No one's S does that. 205 may be a high reading too.

yea mike was nice enough to let me dyno my car immediately after i had arrived from 1 hr of stop and go traffic. it dyno'd 227 before. I lost more power "due to the heat" than anyone there. oh well

I dunno.. I was running 100octane.. (well I dumped in about a gallon's worth.. ontop of about 5 or so gallons of the 93 I already had in her.. lol

besides, they actually ran me 4times, and all 4times were 198something (in 3rdgear), 205.98, 203something, and 205again something.. all in 4th

ap2's have less rotating mass than ap1's.. but not by much really.. maybe that could've helped with the higher numbers??? I really don't know.. I'm not TOO much into Dynoing and such.. I like to prove it all out around a track

a stock S2K making 210 would be higher than any S2k we have ever done. Granted you have the 2.2L which makes slightly more HP, even though Honda wont admit it.

Higher octane on a stock ECU really wont make that much power, the advantage of Race Gas or 100octane is to be able to run more timing without the risk of detonation. you may have benifited, but i would bet your within 1whp with str8 93octane in it.

but i will say i think yours is the highest all motor S2K we have dynoed. most make 198-202whp.

Thanks again for the help again you guys today, and I'll be back sometime during the week to have you guys look at my sparkplug cover bolt.. I need to get that sorted out if ya'll don't mind.. I might have to take my car in for some transmission work later in the month, and trust me.. the dealers point every damn bit out to you suggesting abuse, etc. lol
