Seems like just a import culture thing. The same kind of thing happens down here in the gulf coast. Happend to me and my friends one night in mobile. People raced and had a fight and we got run away. Seems to be the story everywhere. I guess thats what happens when you take a bunch of immature kids and give them licenses to drive vehicles.
