I finally called about my springs and the dude at HP Autoworks was like "sorry, we sent them to the wrong person, another person with the same last name." Whatever, they are giving me >10% off my exhaust when i buy it for screwing up. anyway, now i'm ranting.

ouch, 10% off something they are probably making a 100% profit on...retailers suck.
