you guys should pic someone anonymous to scope whos trippin, take pics of them with their car, and/or plates, and if they continue to act an ass and the cops come... Give em the pic with the plates or info, trust they wont EVER come to the meets doing that again. Especially after all of the tickets... This way everyone doesnt suffer, the cops will know whos tripin, and keep an eye on their plates... And as far as trash, ask if someone could bring trash bags, or tell em to keep their food in the cars... Doubt it will work, but whats there to lose?
