im 26, been in the car scene since i was 14. conyers USED to be fun, back when we all met up at old kmart,salem gate, turtles music!!!! now no one comes cause of traffic and police, dont get me wrong friend, conyers is a good place to raise my family but not a gathering place for car enthusiast so any more statements or questions, thanks pal
You still have no clue, man. I was cruising Conyers before you were out of diapers, man. I was doing this when you had an easy 100 cars out there on Friday and Saturday night. For hours. When the 1980s ended, so did that. Even then, Turtle's (which went out in 1994 in Conyers so I don't know how that got brought into it) was never a cruise line. The cruising went from Salem Gate parking lot over to K-Mart, through the movie theater parking lot and over to Kroger. The lines were so long and jammed that it sometimes took almost 20 minutes to drive it. At Salem Gate and Kroger, people were parked all over the outer areas of the lots.
So yeah, I know what went down. I don't need a history lesson when I was right in the thick of it when it was good and know the actual "history" of it. Later, QD.
