The chat session got some of the initial terms and logistics worked out. I would like to do some scouting and go over locations in person after the Varsity meet August 6th.
I say we could leave the V at 10pm or maybe a bit earlier... we will be out pretty late if your game(This is flexible)
Hopefully this is far enough in advance, I would like to see all media contributors in attendance!
