I see what you're asking. I think the idea is to get together cars that have at least something about them that really sets them above and beyond the normal enthusiast's car. For example, you're right your car has fairly common wheels on a fairly common car, but because you have retarded amounts of power, it is one of the "illest". Some other cars that are coming, on the other hand, don't have nearly the speed of your car, but have more unique aesthetics that set them apart, thus they are ALSO the "illest".


The guy that has the civic with a B16, rota's, and a JDM lip kit, no matter how nicely done the car is, it is still a pretty damn common occurence, therefore while pretty cool, probably not one of the "illest"

Constantly restoring worn parts and then some, lol.

EDM scoop - factory item for Euro MKIV, sourced all of the parts from Curt Aigner.
New factory shocks - these things wear out lol
RMM front lip - chopped ears to look more OE like
RMM wing - has carbon center section, looks great
Pending Rear to Front factory rim mod - add second set of rear rims to the front with custom install for clearance. Just got back from vendor chrome matching.... Thanks for Phil Panas innovation
97 - 98 brake light conversion - includes wiring mod for proper OE functionality, third brake light etc.
Motor pulled for complete seals and hose restoration - out with the old and crusty and new factory replacements installed. I.E. turbo hoses, ignition coils, tons of gaskets, main seals, the dreaded valve seals....Repair engine harness with new factory connectors - heat damages alot over time.
factory headlights repolished - torn apart and repolished, use an oven LOL.
bolt ons - Intake, downpipe, HKS drager
Greddy Profec B boost controller - interesting little gadget, got from Boost Solution owner George, very unprofessional how his facility shut down.
HKS FCD - for higher boost when using factory ECU
Map ECU 1 - sold, MAP ECU 2 came out,
Sparco Harness - tighten it up, but sold it
Sparco Torinos - pretty kool seats, but sold them too
Do Luck bars - intstall when i feel like it....extremely long wait time 1 yr+ , many thanks to Dusty @ MVP, very professional remembers a ton of his MKIV customers.

Auto to 6 speed conversion - remove auto tunnel and weld up factory 6 speed tunnel with rubber undercoating and top side factory red paint to match. Six speed drive train. Intriguing swap...lol.
Tan to black - complete interior conversion from tan to black, all plastic trim, leather etc...neat little conversion also.
Reupholstered front and rear seats from tan to black - new is hot. Leather gets crusty after many years. New foam seat insert from factory. Surprised this is even available....Go hog rings...
Dash trim rejuvanated - stuff scratched from previous owners repainted factory color...great execution and not ricey b/c it's real paint..lol.
Repaint exterior plastic trim - some were very faded
Very good motor overall...other mods pending...just whenever.
