Could I come with a friend in a bone stock G35 Auto or a Golf TD 5spd?

My Accord would definetely screw the pace up.

No problem man. I'm just disapointed that we didn't get it fixed that night. Did yous guys get it fixed yet? Yeah, Jason and Adrine, we all owe you dinner or something. That was farking awesome of yous guys to come out so late and help us "almost mechanics" out.

Hell yeah! Now you don't have to fex-ex those burgers to us! lol That would have been a hellacious drive back. Glad the schedule wasn't mixed up.

My dad and I are interested in attending one of these events. It probably wont be the one coming up on the 30th, but if someone could p.m. me with some information on when these mountain runs take place, and just a quick overview of how it works I would greatly appreciate it.

Ordered my new Falkens today, had the brakes bled by a professional so they should work well (Hawk HPS+ pads, and Brembo brakes) and the stupid AE86 will be having it's TRD 4.3 final gear installed by friday.

    I'll see you all there...

    Default mountain update

Made a small run up saturday. Everything was good except the enormous amount of gravel on wolf pen between lake winfield scott bridge and vogel. But that is typical. Cannot wait for the weekend.!

i'm fawked, they are just now starting to prime my car, sometime today...and they still have my bumper for paint but i need it now to fabricate the new spoiler and splitter plus J3 Racing still hasn't machined the hats for the brake kit because they been so busy racing. Our shop (raceworks) is closing thurs. for a couple test days in Virginia this weekend so i really need to get everything before then or i won't be able to get it done for Sunday. Need a 4 wheel alignment and Raceworks has one of the few racks that my car can get up on...then even if i do get the car back i have at least 8 hours of cleaning before i want anyone to see it, not including all the prep work to get it ready for the run

...it really sucks because i'm off work all of next week and not going to VIR for the endurance race until next wed or thurs...if i do get the car complete before this sunday what the heck am i gonna do for 3 days after the run?! (the racecars will be prepped and already in Virginia) hmmm...wait, i know...i'll just drive...who wants to go on a 2 or 3 day road trip? oh wait, since i have to be in Virginia thursday anyways maybe i'll just take the blue ridge parkway all the way up...or as far up as i can get in a day...to drive back down to VIR for the race then just come back sunday. i think too much.

lol, i will be when i get that call from the bodyshop saying the car is ready...sucks about being fresh paint though since there is going to be gravel and road debri all over...oh well, it's not really a show car and guess i'll just have to tape up the front bumper and side skirts with the blue masking tape.

lol, nooo...RACE is a 4 letter word around mtn runs...we won't have any of that now It's just too easy to have problems when you're not prepared and remember this car hasn't been on the road for several months and it looks like i'm gonna be working on it up until the morning of the meet...i kinda normally like to have things done a little sooner than that...

that only happen to be 10 miles away . actually the BP/General store is pretty close for quick needs.

this should prove to be a good run... i just know that i'm going to freeze all morning until the sun gets cooking, then i'll just be chilly.
