This post made entirely zero sense. No smart car association would dream of assuming the liability over possible damages of any functional parking deck down there. There's waay too much going on downtown to take that risk. And you're fooling yourself if you think that would stop the stupid people from doing their stupid antics on the streets. Later, QD.
