The time doesnt start until you trip the beams and start to move forward.
Youcan sit there for 30 seconds after the light turns green and your time wont start....you'll just have a 30 second reaction time.

I will be running the Outlaw class because I don't have a muffler.

My two-step was set too low. That was the same problem I had in FLA with launching. I never changed it from last years setup. Bigger turbo and a non-stroked motor kept causing me to bog. I've not been back since. I've been having a parachute installed. Its done as of today. w00t.

B18c...sux you won't make it. I know how it is though.

start about 10psi then work from there

they are some idiots if they try that crap. im running and i dnt have a fire jacket. Just like when dallas was open and they told me i had to have a firewall bc i gutted the inside of my car. i had no NOS, no fuel cell, no nitrous, and no relocated battery. Shit i didnt even have a turbo then either. Some ppl they hire to wrk at tracks dnt know what the hell they talking about.

you should be able to no problem.

the guys that work at commerce at pretty smart about the rules and im not gonna argue with them cause i have a jacket and ill just say yes please so they'll just pass me and i can get the fuck away from the tech booth. Its just not in the rulebook though.

they didnt ask me for a fire jacket even though i was turbo'd. All he said was 13.9 and lower must wear a helmet. I was like "ok". and that was it

Yup if the car dont come from the MFG turboed. you have to wear a jacket! They our like 40 at Barrnett in downtown Atlanta.

some of them dont even notice them on imports but a couple of the guys are real strict... but if you plan on competing, you dont want to get turned down at the tech line for any bs... i think im picking one up at summit today for 50 bux...

lol commerce is very strict guys.. lol i just went to summit today and picked up a 50 dollar fire jacket... they are strict if you end up running a 13 without helmet and maybe after they remember you after a couple of runs your number will be erased and kicked out.. and cages they will do the same because they look at your slip first and look at your time and see if u meet requirements.. but if u get passed tech without a jacket you wont be harassed after that..

s double c... borrow my jacket for 1 buck for every second u run?? lol jk i dont care id let anyone to borrow something just to get passed tech just so we all can get in a run and have fun...
