    If you try to mess with the boot with anything, they flip out and then they get a cop to arrest you. Seen it happen. Be careful. Has anybody actually been able to pay for parking? I would love to pay 3 or 5 bucks and be worry free. Every time i've tried to pay it says you have to call some number and do all this bullshit just to pay for parking.

    Ummmm....

    Look around, there is a place to pay for parking... You take three dollar bills and fold them up seperately, use the little "key" and put the money in your parking spot number with it... and... you have know paid for parking for that spot...
