sorry guys its a little late this year for advertising but we didn't know if we would be doing anything this year. IA will be doing a late night meet/greet and racing event at Atlanta Dragway Aug 23rd

Date: Saturday Night August 23rd

Gates open: 7pm

Track open for time runs: 7:30pm until 1am

id assume they would be going by track rules, in which they go by the rule book of what ever body sanctions them so they keep there sanction.

i think track req helmet for 13 or lower...? but i'm sure you can run 1-2x maybe w/o them enforcing it

this is supposed to be the event where if you bought test n tune for the NDRA commerce event, you get use those stubs to get in also spectator studs get you in to watch also. Thats what i have gotten from NOPI.

we are working on payouts - we do think we have a GAS sponsor onboard to give winners GAS CARDS. FREE GAS is good now a days

Why dont you guys make it an event,like Import showdown? They are always slammed packed with racers, most of them from the ATL area!

well, in lieu of the virginia nopi race being canceled with everything else i guess i will try to make it up with the JJSPEC guys.

Sport compact drag racing is getting a royal screwing right now. I'mgoing to have to go race with domestics to fulfill my racing needs except for showdown and a couple of IFO's

you guys should do a lil quick 8 for a couple diff classes and do 1st and 2nd payouts..... .....really easy to do and setup inbetween test n tune sessions to give the guys a lil fun and a lil cash for showing up to run

you are right. As far as this event is concerned. I can't see myself hauling my car to it unless there is actual racing action or if theres a reason other than that for it to be there. I can Test N Tune an hour away.
