Are they repainting it? Id love to see what kind of scratches they did to the paint.

On another note, finally got the P5 cleaned up, after about 14 hours of polishing you get a shitty cellphone pic!

And sloppyGTI, did I pass you on lower fayette today? I was still in the s2000. I think it was you...

And this is why I don't own a firearm...for the safety of others. I would not be afraid to open a can of whoop-ass on a mother fucker that did that shit to my own car. Hell, I would still kill the person that did a hit- & run on my S2K from a couple years back.

That's horrible I'd be so pissed if someone did that to my car.

Yep that was me- on the way to get an estimate.

They're going to repaint the hood (which was JUST repainted a few weeks ago) and buff/polish the rest out.

I'll be at the Friday night sherwin Williams with my scratches-- we're goin to work on it tonight see if we can get the remains of the paint off the car.

Yes they're lucky I didn't catch them. Probably would've been on the 6am news for either putting 12 hollow points into them or breaking their knees with a baseball bat.

I love the interior on the new ones. They are so much better than the 05-09 Mustangs.

Find yourself a detailer to do the buff/polish. Most body shops rotary compound and then either glaze or use a "coffee can" waxer to final polish, which this will leave buffer trails.

Speaking of, Ronny still has his s2k up there after over a year.

A friend of mine had his STi there for MONTHS and even when he finally received it back, he found a lot of small stuff they neglected to do that he requested. He was planning on taking it back up there to have him complete the work but not sure if he's done that or not.

Would anyone on here be interested in a '95 Eclipse GS-T for $1k? Why? Crankwalk. The car has ~82k miles on it. I don't have any pictures at this moment but can get some for anyone that is interested.

Got my VIN today. Also was told an estimated delivery date of April 26th but from what I've read online they are expected to be in dealerships in June. Im not getting my hopes up too much for the April date. Just seems waaaaaayyyy to early. Plus I'll be in Oklahoma city from April 16th till May 17th so I'll have to get someone to pick it up for me if It does come in hahaha.

Its being delievred to Gene Evans and I'll have either one of my parents or brother to pick it up for me and tuck it away in the garage till I get some time to fly down and check it out. Thanks for the offer though

Got confirmation from a few other people saying the first production run is on the assembly line as we speak so maybe April isnt that far fetched.

That bugs me the most, because there is a company making those with incorrect grammar.

Pending good weather, I'll most likely be out tomorrow night.

I haven't shown anyone the GTI, so I figure I might as well start there.
