The new Mustangs are a damn good looking car when lowered. If I was single and didn't have to worry about being responsible, I'd buy one.

I know Dan Gardner (the driver of the FR-S in the first video). Talk about a cocky bastard. We displayed a video of him running his old Scion TC (he was a sponsor driver of ours) at SEMA '08 and the entire time he just sat there watching himself drive around Laguna Seca. He watched that video more times in one day than a nerdy teenage girl has watched Twilight.

I'm not surprised that this bumper melted. Look at the angle of the exhaust. All that heat is going directly towards that area.

Exactly! The bumper is pretty much just catching the exhaust. Which worked out really well hahaha

That boosted one is still only on 4psi. Its a "disco potato"/gt28 which is appropriately sized for the 2 liter motor.
Visconti is waiting on speed density patch for the ecu before cranking up the boost a bit. That car also had a stock exhaust in that video.

Ya im not saying its fast by any means with only 4 psi. Its just a step in the right direction and I think they should have came that way from the factory.

    Hahahahaha
Thats the owner of Revan Racing. Hes got a somewhat quick 2007 GT500 if you couldn't tell by his t-shirt. Along with his new '13 GT500 track toy.

Edit: This is why I give the zl1 crap. I dont hate the car, I actually like the idea of it but come one now Camaro owners.......

A recent post from camaro5.com(One of the largest camaro 5th gen sites including a few big name GM big wigs who post frequently)

    "Guys,

I turned the car on so I could replace the fog and DRL bulbs. I finished an encore I button everything up I wanted to make sure the lights are working. I get back in the car and put the key in the ignition. The key won't turn. And the steering wheel has no "wiggle" to it..."

    Conclusion-

" I had to put some serious torque on it with both arms then use my knee and my good arm (broke my elbow when I was a kid, the arm its on is significantly weaker) to hold it while I used my other arm to turn the key.

Lesson learned: Do NOT turn the wheel all the way to one side. Find the "full turned" point then give a quarter turn back to the opposite direction."

I mean ok you broke your arm I got it but really???.......that website has some of the best automotive reads on it. It's absolutely hilarious, including all the excuses on why the zl1 is under performing in the real world

A couple toys I play with frequently at work
(The Sikorsky pictures are not the actual aircraft, just pictures I found online)

He owns a few hangers on the field

    Couple of Corning's fleet
    D328 Dornier

    F900 Falcon Jet

SMCC(Sikorsky Military Completions Center) They put together the BlackHawk, SeaHawk and S330's
    H60 BlackHawk

    SH60 SeaHawk

    S330(Little Bird)

Citation 550 that flies in frequently

JS32 Jetstream that Ive seen a few times

I really need to pick up a camera so I can take some pictures of the aircraft that fly in. There are some really neat planes that fly in.

UH-60s are not fun to ride on especially when you have an asshole pilot who decides to do sharp 45 degree turns with the doors open just for shits and giggles. Helicopter rides are not fun. I honestly puked after my first blackhawk ride.

You would hate the Army pilots they have fling all these helicopters here. High altitude auto rotations, high speed descent, high speed ascent and Ive seen those rotors get fully vertical while watching them bank around the tower. I want to go for a ride! hahaha

I met Rusty back when he was still stock and black and only once when he was in his latest costume. Definitely a cool car although many people will think otherwise.

I went through his whole build thread last night, I like it for how much time he has put into that car and for now bringing the car back twice after a wreck and now this fire.

They're crazy man. They love to mess with the newer Pvts it's not even. Even when you see the Apaches over here fly around, they do barrel rolls. When we did a training exercise by assaulting a mock village, the pilot thought it'd be a good idea to just suddenly do a high speed descent after a sharp turn. Our stomachs didn't like that.

And I think that guy thought if he could angle his wheels more it would magically turn into a flying car like the ones in back to the future.

This is his comment about it when it originally happened.

I pulled the spark plugs to plunge the gas out, and while turning the engine over, the battery lead hooked up to the harness sparked. The fuel ignited and sent a fireball towards the garage. By sheer chance, the flaming gas landed directly on another 5 gallon tank of gas. The garage more or less exploded. It went up so fast that there was literally no stopping it.

Great thing that it was a detached garage and not attached with how hard it was burning..

So glad to see that car is coming back. Granted his old school Benz he brought to H20i last year was clean as hell as well.

And that celica is an example of how to make this "fad" look like shit.

Hopefully the weather stays nice this Friday night.

Thanks for the tires Teng! I saw you too Bobby but you were hugging someone else and I didn't want to interrupt. BMW looks clean
