Anyone going to be out tonight?? Car is out of the body shop after smacking the sign last Sunday that was just lounging on 75/85 in downtown atl.

It's gotta go back to the bodyshop Tuesday though for a wetsand and buff to get some orange peel out :-/

If I don't pass out when I get home, I might go.

I haven't been out since I got my APR stuff done.

6 cam shafts. If 4 are good, then two more are even better. I need to drill some holes in my block and add a couple more. I only have 1.

Sounds like an entertaining meet to me.

I would've been out, but I got caught up with a customer right at closing. I guess I'll try again next week.

As true as that is, I'm really happy with being just flush as opposed to hellaflush; I'm also not personally a fan of Regamasters...

Joe's black RSX from the Mainstream meet got tons of coverage with a functional wheel and suspension stance. Granted, he is SC'd though...

If you're not doing at least 110 - 120 when merging on the freeway, you're doing it wrong.

im assuming your talking about the usdm h22a1 transmission? i had the usdn h23 gearbox and it worked well. i dont recall all the differences, but the h23 box is a tad wider in gear ratios- 2nd gear in particular. its not a big enough difference to really matter though as my car moved along as good as Davis's despite being portlier and he having the shorter gearing.

Gotta go put the interior back together on the shitbox, grab some heater hose, drop in the radiator and the shitbox is ready to fire up!!! I had to fab an adapter for the rearend breather today. Turned out pretty decent for once. Now I just gotta mount it.

I want to swap out the trans with one that has factory LSD since the F series trans is so long the blue top is itching for something shorter. With a shorter gear trans and a few Euro R bolt ons I want to see how well I would do against something like Davis' car.

Factory LSD= expensive. Honestly, you don't NEED it. You could save alot of money by grabbing the H23 box and rolling out.
Euro R bolt-ons are nice but imo, overrated.
I had a stock internal JDM H22A (non euro r/type s) with bolt-ons, stock internals, crappy basemap, and full interior and made 193whp and kept up with Davis when he had his JDM motor with cams, gutted, etc.... So basically if you can drive and pick and choose the right parts, you're good
