No longer going to IA, we are now having a birthday lunch for my dad instead of a birthday dinner.
The pre meet at Mainstream turned out pretty good. Can't wait til tomorrow. Gotta do a few minor things to the car and I will be good to go.
The meet today was surprisingly decent. I'm sure what was absent today will be seen tomorrow.
Steve brought me up to date on the situation with your car. Guess I missed all that going down when I was MIA and in the process of moving back to Jonesboro. Any luck with finding a replacement?
I don't believe Steve knows the full details as I've never talked to him about it. Regarding a replacement car...I'm going to Huntsville, AL next weekend to look at a car possibly. I've got a couple cars in mind but I'm waiting for the right one to pop up. I'm not in a rush or anything.
He just showed me a pic of the car afterwards. I remember reading something about it catching fire but I didn't know to what degree.
If I run into you tomorrow, I'll explain what happen but yeah, the car experienced an engine fire and burned to the ground right in front of my eyes. Something I never want to experience again.

After looking at some pictures from IA, I kind of regret not going outside of the main two lots. It seems like there were some nice cars that aren't the same old cars from every meet, people that do not come out much or those that live out of state or farther away. Oh well guess I'll have to wait till summer.
