getting 27-30MPG out of my 530i, and they can be had for $7-$10 all day long.
How I feel at the moment, i have decided to open my options up of cars to pursue, but dont exactly know what to look at. Max budget of $8k and cant figure out what i want.
Options widely accepted, specs wanted:
1996+ car
23+ Mpg
Comfortable
Something closer to stock and not someones pet project
reliable and affordable to repair if needed
Any Ideas?
Stay FAR FAR away from BMVW. If the only place you can get a new car is via a "buy here, pay here" place then there is obviously other things you need to focus on. I'm assuming you have less a less than desirable beacon score. Focus on improving this (it will take time) then buy a good car. The interest rate those places will charge you is anus gouging. If they're selling that car for $6k, you'll EASILY have doubled that by the time you pay it off.
You may see 30+ mpg on the highway but I wouldn't recommend one for Joe as this time due to maintenance cost. It's different when you can work on them but part cost isn't as cheap as a Japanese vehicle.

yes i understand. I dont plan on financing a car that old, but i was just looking at the price of the car in general. My credit score is mid 700s with one defaulted credit card from 6 years ago. But yes, I do realize the huge interest rates involved with the buy here, pay here lots. My bank would do the financing.
what is delta credit union's interest rates for auto loans right now? I've heard they were as low as 2.7%
i sold my bike before winter hit. I am rebuilding a 81 cb900 right now. just have to put it back together and tune the carburetors and it should be back up by spring. But my brother is selling me his 78 xs650. it's awesome. should be getting that soon as well.

Yeah, I use it with my Android and so did she but since she got away from Android ( and she is soooo happy ) I wasn't sure if it was available for the iPhone. We got "grandfathered" into Verizon's data plan where we have unlimited data and they no longer offer it.
For customer's that use a lot of data, they will slow down the data speeds for that particular number.
The most data we really use though is with her laptop when she is doing school work. Other than that, it's periodically throughout the day for both phones.
Ive honestly never been anywhere, where I need my laptop and not had wifi... When my phone isnt sufficient which it rarely is Ill use my laptop...
And when Im using my laptop Im either home, school, or someones house... and if Im out and about.. Ill find a fast food place to sit in their parking lot..
but I guess yall need it though...
