as long as it is not from gsp you can fight and probably win that. the only agency in ga that can give a ticket for under 11mph is gsp. now with that being said the margin for error is usually 3mph and is always at least +/- 1mph....so that basically means that you could have been going only 8 over and there is no ticket for that. now of course this all has to be brought about the right way in court. do some research on it cause that is complete bull shit

Majority of the PTC LEO's have nothing better to do than harass people. They need to act like there is a Berlin wall between PTC and Fayetteville to keep all the hood rats out that are trying to jump the line. One good thing about the ticket should you decide to just pay it is there is zero points on your record as it's less than 14mph over.
