Well I went a full 180* and decided a few weeks back I didnt need another car(between an EVO or WRX). I already have the Cobra and I didnt see the point of having 2 toys. I just need a winter vehicle but I figured I might as well get something I could be comfortable in. I had a friend of mine go down and check out this vehicle for me because It looked really clean online. So I put a down payment on this today and Im flying in Tuesday to pick it up. Hey Joe I may need it cleaned up :P. I'll be out of the country Thursday-Sunday so maybe I could schedule a time to drop it off and I can pick it up when I get back? I'll text you.

Its a BMW made motor and yes I realize the cost of maintenance is stupid high(air suspension,half shafts, all that goodshit that brakes on these regulary) but screw it hahaha not having a car payment will be nice.

Don't get me wrong, they're a great looking car without a doubt. Hell, I would had even considered one for myself until I started working at Allspeed. In fact, we have one now that we're replacing the engine in (BMW engine as well). The cost of a used engine was still in the $6-8k price range just for the motor itself, no labor. If you can afford it, more props to you man.
I'm in need of a truck and looking for a F350 Superduty (obviously diesel), anyone know anything about these and what years I should stay away from or look for?

Steve, either get an older diesel like jeremys big white one that is a 7.3l or a newer one. Stay far away from the 6.0L engine.

O ok,i know who he is,sits behind me in one of my classes.
7.3L Hands Down (2002 and older for that engine). One of the best Diesel Motors ever made. They do have their issues though when they get into higher mileage. The Fuel Injector Pumps are expensive.
You need to buy my old truck. I just picked it up for $150! Runs and did drive. Did is the key word, I spit the driveshaft shortly after getting it off the trailer doing a burnout. Semi-built 1969 Block 351W with D0oe heads, Performer Intake, Holley 650 Carb. For $150 I couldnt pass it up. Guy at work just wanted it out of his yard.

Well fuck, talk with a person for 5 years or more, and the one time you sell them something, after they were a "staple" in the community, you find out how bad they really are. Im out $145 on paypal, because come to find out they used a credit card stolen from a family member, who calls and informs me of such, and that said person is "on the run" with "warrants." Now im part of a case against him, im gonna have to talk to the police supposedly.....On top of that, my grandpa came down from NY and when he gets here he has chest pains...................whats the 3rd thing thats going to happen?

I have to go back to Lumpkin county on Nov. 2nd for my second court appearance for the speeding ticket we received back in February. It's only an arraignment so I don't expect to receive a final verdict although it will be a jury trial.
They said they think it might have been a blood clot because chemical analysis came back and said it wasnt a heart attack. They kept him overnight, and may consider keeping him a few days just to make sure.
Sounds like they might rip you a new one based on your previous record. Best of luck compadre!

Thanks... Hopefully I can get it marked down 2mph so it doesn't get suspended... If it does I'm hoping for a work/school permit... I'm gonna mention that I'm gonna try to get into the corps and that I need to drive to the recruiter and pts and stuff...
