i just tallied up everything I've bought/am buying and i'm over 4 grand. amd then i have to worry about roasting the clutch and/or breaking the transmission.... there's no cost effective solution to either.

This^ Just buy a beater and sell the Subie and get what you want or save up till you can. Never seen so many people get bored with their cars so fast haha. Not picking on you Steve, seems like everyone on this forum does it.

In terms of a house, LB and I have been looking lately but it's not in Georgia. We want to move back out west. Buying a house/getting married is our next major investment.

In regards to the car situation, I wouldn't be forking over an additional money to have it and would get a small little truck or a sedan for DD use. Part reason why I sold the Evo in the first place was to eliminate my car note (which was my only debt besides insurance and cell phone bill) and the vehicle I'm looking to get wouldn't have any negative impacts in terms of money. If anything, it would be positive in terms of gas mileage and maintenance. Right now, I'm still in the "thinking" process and not in a hurry to pull the trigger on anything.
