here's my bolt-on H23 dyno from a year ago. I was still running AC and powersteering. Once i removed both the car was alot more responsive so I know it made over 150, but have no dyno to prove it.

Then here's my dyno from last week with my current H22 setup- again, stock internals. Don't pay any attention the torque numbers as they're from the spikes in the higher RPM. It was an ignition glitch. Its a solid 150wtq.

and here's my H23 vs the H22. You can see that there's alot more bottom end power with the H23. All the way to VTEC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol
