Not even show off our cars. maybe if we got/did something different (for some that includes actually cleaning their car) we might show it off a little. We mostly just hang out though. We all pretty much know each other and if your new, you'll know all of us by about two meets. Some of us race, but not as much as we used to (i got into some trouble about the same time i started going to the track so it kinda worked out)....
if you're a ricer/poser we will make fun of you and talk about you. Don't be like most new guys that are quiet and just stand there- we will call you creepy.
My advice, get there a bit early that way you can introduce yourself to the first person/people that come out. Usually (key word thee) that's a guy with a red eg hatch w/black slips named joe. Don't be alarmed if he pulls out a flashlight and start scrutinizing your paint. He's a professional detailer and most of us pay him once a year or so to work his magic on our cars. He does superior work- trust me!
One final note on racing: dont bring it up. Most guys shun it so you wont earn many brownie points.
So.... Who are you exactly, what do you drive, and anything we should know about you???

lol Thanx guys. I hope i didn't intimidate the guy (or anybody for that mater), but i've been around long enough to know how things work in our circle. Some new guys fit right it (think Corbin) others not so much (example not needed. names shall remain non-existent).
I remember my first meet before i met any of yous. I met Andy at the car wash before hand and introduced myself. (look for posts on page 1-3 in this thread) I was the NEWB... lol

I'm Ross, I'm new to cars in general, I drive a '98 civic Lx which I have big plans for when i get more $$$.
Things you should know about me? I'm a college student ready to learn anything you have to tell me about cars. I've been doing my own work so far, but I know I'm not the best. I'm no ricer or poser haha. I know about my car and what I want to do with it. I have a lil bit of show and a lil more go. Does that cover it? lol
