ghosts ie meaning a difference in color from where the pinstripe was and the old paint? If thats it, its actually because the paint hasnt faded, and you cant just polish it to match, you have to actually let the sun work on it. Give it about a month and im sure it will start blending in. Polishing may help slightly but time is the best correction for color differentiation.
