I know right? My rear bumper is never clean... my front bumper got backed into with a tow hitch... I hit a deer and busted out my headlight, sidemarker, and bumper trim... the paint on my passenger rear fender had yellowed, and now there's gashes in my paint.

Well, I filed a police report, not like it'll actually do anything. I've got liability insurance (hell, would you put full coverage on a '92 that is worth less to an insurer than a year's insurance?) and it doesn't cover things like this.
The scratches are too deep to fill in and buff out and still look right, so the only thing to do is sand down and repaint... which is a project I'm saving for.
I am so pissed off. Maybe the bitch that did it thought I was double parked (I was in a large space but there is no white line)

ADVISE TO OTHERS: If you are in your garage and working on a very old car in the driveway and smell something burning, it probably is. Don't walk inside the house to see if it is the wife. Don't walk past a smoke-filled car to see if it's the neighbors burning something in the yard. Don't walk around the back yard to see where exactly the smell is. It's probably coming from your old car.......................
Sucks to hear about your car Chris. I have been watching this random car come up and down my street and kept stopping around my 240 looking at it. I now no longer own that car after roughly two months. Now I have $3K to play with and really want a Del-Sol but can't find one with a few mods for that price.
I picked up three paint fix pens to make it look a little less noticeable. Got a primer/filler, Super White, and a clear coat.
It's not going to be the most gorgeous fix, but it'll work until I repaint.
Been thinking gun metal grey with a hint of metallic blue, cleared with more metallic paint.
White and black are waaaaaay too hard to maintain.
I did the primer/filler in Autozone's parking lot, then went to Texas Roadhouse and got smashed on no-rocks Long Islands, the last one being pretty much just a glass of shots.
Made it the 1000 feet home, started feeling that last one, jumped in the shower for about an hour, then passed out around 11.
I feel fucking fantastic now, though.

no, was changing oil and left ignition on............condenser fried and went back down the line until there was nothing left to burn...........
