Round two of Let's Get My Car Running.
Sean came over yesterday and we got everything hooked up and back in the engine.
Just three more crossmember bolts, and two transmission-to-crossmember bolts (I seemed to have lost one of those, so Sean's looking for a replacement). We're filling the rest of the fluids up and hoping I don't blow up.

Definitely not looking forward to the break in period, though. 800-1000 shifts? No thanks, dude.

So I might actually be at the meet tonight. I still haven't gotten the key to the new apartment, I'm a little pissed.

Break in is 500-1000 miles depending on if its mostly city or mostly highway. 500 for more city 1000 for more highway. I always follow the recommended break in proceedure and have never had a problem with any clutch. Definately do it right. Save yourself the time, money and aggravation down the line.

that's where I was gonna order it. I need the short shifter, bushings, and wrx knob adapter for their knobs (i already have a TWM knob but not the right threads) and the TWM boot stay (works with wrx boots and TWM knobs to keep the boot in place so it doesn't fall down).
Can you get me a hook up????!!!!!

I have two 15" x (I think) 6" or 7" aluminium (as the brits pronounce it) with a shitty set of tires in my Shed if you need to borrow them. I believe they are off of a crown vic. Bolt patter 5 on 4.5 I was planning on keeping them for slick wheels but they are to skinny.

If you need to Borrow a set just for something quick you can borrow my 17" Bullitts. They are the ones in my sig.

I don't think that I could be anymore angry at the moment...my couple month old Buddy Club exhaust has a hole in it now...and I don't know what from? I know I brushed it a few times, but nothing enough to create a leak like such....

Have you looked to see how bad it is as in is it a tear or just a hole? And as Ion said if its a steel system it should be an easy fix.

I'll look at it tomorrow...but I hope it's just a small tear that can be easily welded...but it just sucks that I just got the exhaust maybe...october?
