Just don't get overlays they will burn up.
I believe he's referencing Lamin-X. The film does not traps the heat inside the lens which will generate hairline cracks within the lens.

It's a film that you lay, not spray.
I believe it is a tinted clear plastic or vinyl type material that sticks to the headlingts.
Not that my insurance is expensive or anything, I decided to shop around (mostly USAA) to see if I could get a lower price. I also found out that the hit and run that happened last year in the S2K was considered 50% or more my fault. WTF?
i wanted to try the spray on crap. Any words of advice first?

WHAT?!?! I tell you there's nothing like a good insurance company. You get what you pay for. My friend totaled one of his preludes and his insurance company told him they were gonna give him $500 because they couldn't right a check for LESS than that amount and that his car was only worth by their estimates $108!!!! He promptly switched to a different company.

Nothing man. It's all the overlay stuff. If you want to give it a shot, go for it but don't say I didn't warn you.
