The cop made a U turn and pulled us over. Bobby was about 6 cars behind me and Tommy cause we all know he's not a aggressive driver. I'm really diggin' #2. But, its "quieter" then the rest. The J's is super nice, but OMG at the pricetag! I'll probably end up getting #1. It's proven to make more power the J's at 20whp and 9ftlbs of tourqe, untuned.

to answer your question, probably not. The Pricetag is WAY to intimidating. I want to, to stay loyal to J's, but you need to be a baller, and I am nowhere close.
Plus, why not get something that makes more power for a lower pracetag and looks just as great right? Or am I just trying to comfort myself?
I personally like # 1 and # 3.
Teng, 20whp on an S2000 is OUTRAGEOUS!!! Both of us know its really hard to make more power than stock with bolt-ons. That 20whp gained could've been on a car with extensive modafication (cams, internals, and, dare I say it, supercharger). Can you come up with a link or more info on those claims?
But like I said, I LOVE the way the first one looks/sounds! Single outlet FTW!!!!

I know, Steve! Gaining anything from a S2000 is outrageous! Especially 20whp.
I couldn't find the dyno for the single, but here's the dual. Supposedly, the single makes more power then the dual and the dual makes 14hp. Sooo...
Edit: its only 14WHP but still...its 14hp from a s2k.
All in all, I'll probably end up getting the T1R 70R Single. Maybe as soon as next week, depends if I'm feeling crazy or not. Hopefully, I'll be feeling crazy.
You have an article to accompany it teng. I find it SOOOO hard to believe. Not callin BS or anything, I'm just expecting to find a missing link somewhere. That's just me.
The one good thing is S2000's are very consistent on the dyno from pull to pull so that type of variation can be comfortably ruled out.

T1R makes some excellent products.
I'm leaning towards their TBE setup for the X.. just waiting on them to get them in next week and see some final fitment pix.
(these were the initial pix they had, but never had any actualy fitment pix of it on the car so everyone is waiting on the containers to arrive and see some pix of it installed before ordering)
They're also developing a 90mm race exhaust which I would definately buy - but its only due out early '09

bro! go with the t1r single...and the numbers are way possible...good quality parts and design=extra power gains...ive seen it done with by jus adding a header on a b-series engine and gaining 15-20whp so it is def possible! its gonna sound amazing...sounds like dr. teng and dr. mezzy get to operate on a certain little yellow fella very soon
