yeah he and i would have been a good race. His 1st gear went out. It was his 3rd transmission. He has a custom built tranny on order that hsould be in within a few weeks. He makes 470 whp/ 320tq. Nice car and nice guy. There were some slow cars out there. The way the classes are set up for the imports are very uneven. The blue chopped del sol that won the Tuner class supposedly runs low 12's in 1/4, yest he is allowed to run in Tuner because he does not have any power adders. I am in Pro 4 class which is the unlimited class for imports and we end up getting stuck with full race cars such as that bug that beat me and the older rx-7 that was stripped and tubed out also. There should be an intermediate class for imports to make it more competitive.

the last time i was out there i was running in the tuner class and asked about that crx that is completely chopped up with a 225whp b20 vtec and asked why its in the tuner class because you are not supposed to have major body modifications in that class and the guy that runs the tech line told me that they are goin to see how the intermediate class in the domestics works out and then they are going to put one in in the tuner class if it all works out but for some reason i doubt it will happen cause i dont think they care bout the tuner classes at all compared to the domestic classes
yeah it may be a CRX that I was referring to. Kinda hard to tell since it's all chopped up. I was just kinda irked that they put us in a class we can't compete in and have a chance of winning. It's a waste of my gas and tires to run there if that is how things are going to be ran. Might as well drive to Reynolds to run for fun, atleast there I can get some times on record.

its just getting a stock h22 turbo put in it nothing big
