13's or faster; NEED D.O.T HELMET! They'll let u slide on the 1st run because they dunno how fast you are yet until you actually hit 13's or faster. They'll give you a warning and if you dun't have a helmet on the next run.. they'll tell you to slow down and try and hit low 14's. But theres no point in runin track if ur not goin all out.Remember to wear pants..no shorts & bring a pen to write down ur info in the inspection sheet.
