There was one murder just on the outskirts of downtown near a park around Auburn Ave/Edgewood neighborhood during Freaknik. I don't remember where the other one took place but it was an aftermath of a rape. As was previously stated, the crime that came with Freaknik was the main reason for the shut down. Traffic played a roll, yes, but it wasn't the reason for shutting it down. Later, QD.

You prove that it isn't. I went to Freaknik every year that it went down. I was at grant Park. I was at Maddox Park. I was on I-85/75 playing football (on the freeway) out in front of old Atlanta Fulton County Stadium. I do know what's up. There is nothing to prove to you. If you want to think you're right, think it. It's no skin off my back. We all know that YOU certainly will not bring anything close to Freaknik back to Atlanta.
