I will be there this time. I missed the Jan meet and have been looking forward to getting out of the house. I hope we are getting some warmer weather soon. It's cold as fu*k outside. I have had time to do a few more things to the Evo lately. I got a tune, new foglights, and my faded cf wing warrantied.

when is this RA thing

Hey Simon, what all do you have to have(cage, helmet, etc.) in order to track your car? Do you have certain class regulations? I want to start tracking my car either this year or next.

For PDX just a safe car, like a street legal car. Convertables have to have SCCA approved roll bar, be an SCCA member, helmet, that's about it. Good tires, no leaks, etc.

What is PDX? I am installing my new Hawk HPS pads and S.S. lines soon. I guess I need to invest in a helmet. Any good pointers? I've never tracked a car before.

well the z is going to be out of comission for a long while now. I developed an antifreeze leak down my block, so i took my valve cover off to re-torque teh head, and i looked down and see the top of a head stud rolling around under my rocker arms. man 2008 is not off to a good start.

I would like a little more info on this event @ RA. Is there a flyer or link that you can hook me up with? I am thinking of getting my son and wife to try it out.

Also put us down as a maybe. Just talked to the wife and this is plenty of notice unless something gets screwed up again.

The RA event sounds like fun but with the verts we would have to put in a roll bar and I really don't care for that.
