    not really. my neighbors are so far you can't even see them, and definitely out of sound distance based on the sound-dampening valleys on either side of me.

    security will be IDing at the door and bartender will be checking stamps/bracelets so there will be no argument that there's underage drinking going on.

    we have parties there every 2 weeks like clockwork without a hitch. I don't do anything illegal and make sure I have every aspect of security and logistics covered.

    it was Sandy Springs, Unincorporated but a month ago they passed some legislation to make it the City of Sandy Springs (instead of City of Atlanta).
