A friend of mine built it, brilliant machinist. Did the 4 bolt mains himself, but most of the internal machine work was done at another race engine shop. The 383 is just a 350 stroker. It's a 4.030 bore/3.75 stroke, 10:1 comp. I'm not sure who made the stroker kit and thus the crank, but it was all balanced when it was built.
