So you seriously putting a 850 V12 in the e30? Can I come by and watch this project take place? I am very anxious to see this, if this is what you're doing.

Rusty - Megan headers are the SAME as Ebay headers, seriously, no difference AT ALL, besides the Megan logo (if it even has one) either keep your DC header, but don't waste your money on Megan BS. As for a short throw, just get an ebay one. It's not like a bar of metal made by Neuspeed in some Chinese sweatshop vs. a non labeled bar of metal made in a Chinese sweatshop is going to be any different. Just save your money on an Ebay one, I love mine.

Allison - Check Rusty's signature for epic sticker mayhem. Or, I was thinking we should get everyone from the athens group to all stand in some totally badass sort of JC penny magazine pose take a picture and bam, awesome stickers/pics for everyone.

Nooo, dear god, I wouldn't touch a 5.0 V12 with Joey's peepee. They're horrible.

Alright whatever, lol. Cat's out of the bag. It's a 383 Chevy with a TH350 behind it. Somewhere around 475hp, and it's not a revver. Built for low end. 475hp, 450ft lbs, and 2300lbs or so.

Yeah, they really are horrible engines. That is why I was hoping you weren't doing that. So, you putting this motor in the miata or the e30?

E30. The Miata is staying the daily/autocrosser. E30 gets to be the monster.

It's an 85 Delphin 325e, so no ruining a small-bumper going on here.

But the bumpers are staying off...

Hey guys would it look good if I took my springs off my Civak? It would handle good also, right? I think it will be cause the energy transfer from the chassis to the wheel which results in tire traction will be more rapid due to the shorter shock travel and stiffness. Also the lower center of gravity will allow the inside wheels to retain traction so it will pull smoothly through corners, right?
