i did push ups the other day for the first time in like 4 years but i did like a total of 70. at first i did 5 sets of 10 the regular way, then my trainer had me do 2 sets of 10 while balanced on one foot, and thats what caused me to be like this. and of course i got the military's cure to everything, 800 mg pills of ibuprofen 4 times a day.
