World Record attempt with BMWs in ATL!
Attention all BMW owners and enthusiasts! I am the content manager at ClubBimmer.com and we are trying to shatter a Guinness World Record with most number of BMW automobiles in a single convoy. I need IA's help in getting those BMWs to this event. Its going to be OFF the HOOK my friends. Please PM me here and I can tell you all about it. No kidding, the red light district captured me. My God there are some gorgeous woman around. Anyway, I am hoping and praying for good weather for the attempt. I cannot believe the response we are getting for the record attempt. I want this record! The record belongs in the US!!

Just because. I am a patriotic person, and the British broke the record and I want the shatter their record. I think if I put a sense of patriotism in my fellow BMW owners, it would help. Don't you think?

Well to make it into the Guiness records you HAVE to have a Guiness judge there to certify it.

That is not true. Once you are officially registered with them, you can pay like $500-$600 to have a rep from Guinness there. They do not require a judge to be there, as long as I have video proof and submit all paperwork of the event results.
I already have all my official paperwork with Guinness done. I can fax anyone copies of official Guinness registration papers, and the official acknowledgment back from them.

I say do the convoy around 285, at least you don't have to worry about anyone making a wrong turn...but then again they are bmw owners you knowj/k!

Funny you mention "non red". My buddies used to rag on me for not having a red Ferrari....until they saw the black metallic on my car. Ferrari only made 24 of them in 1984. We speculate that there are about 15 left! I'll take some more pics, and will start a new thread of 308 pics for ya!
I was thinking of getting a license plate that said "No rossa" or "Non red"
