The sentence that you thought you were "correcting" read like this:

In that sentence, the poster made a specific claim as to a certain type of people are getting everyone kicked out; Latin American gangs ands OTHER irresponsible morons(your name would have been shorter). Nowhere in that sentence did he allude to Latin American gangs being the only type of gang in Atlanta. His post had nothing to do with gang races in Atlanta.
