Usually from 8-10+ish. The turn out is odd. Sometimes there's a good amount of cars and sometimes groups of cars come in and leave because not alot of people are there. I'd come around 8:30-9.

I'll be there as usual. The key is the first few people there just need to stop and not keep driving around waiting for others to be the first. Its funny not many people will park and wait alone but once one person does everyone else starts stopping.
