    anybody know how strict the cops are with the 1 hr rule they had last month? and do they enforce the 1 hr thing if you pay the 5 bucks in the lil thing in the bottom lot?

    I was there for over an hour and nothing happened. Really...I don't think they'll do a thing unless people start acting up. The cops seemed pretty cool last time.
