How many people that got booted last time talked to the people booting in an understandable manner? They were chalking tires, if the chalk was in the same spot 1 hour later they put a boot on you....some people may have been there more than hour after chalking and some less. You're on private property not paying for their services, you get what you pay for. It's no differant than someone pulling up to a random driveway and hanging out....then you have to deal with the consequences when the home owner comes out.

Instead of freaking out if you just talked to the people booting it would be removed without any issues and most likely even having to pay. Really, it's no big deal. If i remember correctly the guy's name that is managing the operation is Scott, ask for him if there any problems. The best thing you can do it go inside the V and get something with a reciept...or just find a reciept on the ground. That will easily resolve any issues.

Everyone that backs up against the short block wall move to the other end of the lot where the graffiti wall is while EVERYONE in the middle moves forward (or backwards) ONE spot towards the short wall. Imagine like 10 rows of cars all moving one space all at once
