Yes it is. It is held every year as part of Cherry Blossom Festival. I don't really like it. I don't recall there being an import class. It's mostly a hotrod show. Later, QD.

Do you all add new judges each year? Because the two years I went they sucked, were biased, and looked like they needed a wheel chair. I was afraid my large magnets on my speakers would malfunction their pacemakers.
