You can get out of it saying by "Yes, my suspension is altered, but it does not exceed the limitation or 2" as covered under code 40-8-6 of Georgia State Law".
You may also wanna fancify him by saying your headlights are also within the height limitations of more than 24" and no more than 54" high

§ 40-8-6. Alteration of suspension system; operation of vehicle with broken springs
(a) It shall be unlawful to alter the suspension system of any private passenger motor vehicle which may be operated on any public street or highway more than two inches above or below the factory recommendation for any such vehicle.
(b) It shall be unlawful to operate any private passenger motor vehicle upon any highway, roadway, or street if the suspension system of such vehicle has been altered more than two inches above or below the factory recommendation for such vehicle.
(c) It shall be unlawful to operate any motor vehicle upon any highway, roadway, or street if the springs relative to the suspension system are broken.
(d) Any person violating this Code section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

No problem, man. I got in so much trouble with cops when I was younger that I said fuck it and started learning the law. I've had a few opportunities where a cop would pull me over for something, call me out on it, and I'd say "actually sir, I'm within the regulations because of...." or whatever the case may be, and I've received all kinds of responses from "Wow...so you'v ebeen pulled over for this before" to "are you studying law?" to even "Oh...well, yeah, I guess you're right" and it's got me out of a few tickets. Learning the law helps in SO many ways. Cops give hundreds of tickets that aren't legit yearly simply because people refuse to do the research on their own laws...
