    just bought an xbox 360 and so far i love it!!!!
    is it easy to set up xbox live?

    yea its easy as shit, go to the xbox dashboard, go to the live column all they way on the left, plug in ur internet connection and hit connect, and it will let u make an acount from there, just create and account put in credit card i nfo and shit, xbox live silver is free i think, gold is only 50$ a year, gold ftw imo my tag is dynasty four. hit me up

    hell ya man enjoy... make sure you download the lastest patch you can connect to windows media player or your media center machine if you have one

    ^ will do. oh yeah quick question is there like a double router thing i can buy for the connection?
    on my lil modem box for my cable internet its either i have to unplug it from my computer to play the 360 or dissconnect the 360 and plug it back into the internet? is there something i can buy to have them both plugged in at once??? reps for the help.
    can post pics if your not understanding my problem?

    yes you need to buy a switch, router or hub.

    and a couple cables

    you can usually get a switch or router free after rebates at places like microcenter
    heres what one would look like


    just wait for the sales and you can get them free

    you will just run your cable to the modem then from the modem to the router
    then youll use the two new ones that you will buy
    one goes to the 360 the other to your comp
